Our warranty on wood
The wood used for our instruments is selected with great care and left to season for many years to ensure stability, reliability, and a high-level sound response.
In the rare event that a crack should appear, the instrument will be carefully assessed by our workshop. If the crack is not attributable to impact, falls, exposure to heat sources, extreme temperature changes, improper storage or evident negligence in the care of the instrument, the repair will be covered by the warranty.
The customer will only be required to cover the shipping costs for sending and returning the instrument.
