RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision within the above-mentioned period by submitting a request through our assistance form or by contacting us using the contact details provided on the website.
The communication must include the customer’s first and last name, the product purchased, and the intention to withdraw from the purchase.

Return of the product
The product must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal communication, complete with all accessories, documents, case, original packaging, and materials received at the time of delivery.
The instrument must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with no signs of improper use, damage, modifications, or interventions carried out by third parties.
The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.

Inspection of the instrument
Upon receipt of the product, our workshop will carry out a technical inspection to verify the condition of the instrument and the presence of all accessories and materials provided.
In the event of damage, missing parts, improper use, or conditions that do not comply with the original state of the product, the return cannot be accepted and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Refund
If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, the refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the product and following inspection.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
For hygiene reasons, sealed products that are not suitable for return once opened after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal, where applicable.
